As we face these times of global uncertainty, Sellers Leisure would like to assure you that our priority remains the wellbeing and safety of both our guests and staff.

Q: Can I still visit any of the Seller Leisure’s parks for the time being?

As our prime minister has mentioned: “Essential travel does not include visits to second homes, camp sites, caravan parks or similar, whether for isolation purposes or holidays. People should remain in their primary residence. Not taking these steps puts additional pressure on communities and services that are already at risk.”

Hence, we must all play our part in trying to reduce non-essential travel and the enormous pressure on valuable local and national emergency and other essential services.

Although we have significantly increased our daily cleaning regime in order to take every possible precaution against the spread of COVID-19 and to provide hand sanitisers in most of our public areas, it is with incredibly heavy hearts that the Sellers family has taken the very difficult decision to temporarily close our parks from Monday 23rd March – until further notice.

Q: What happens to my booking?

We are having to make decisions and take actions which were unimaginable a few weeks ago.  We are contacting all of our customers with bookings, over the coming days, to ask them to stay away and to offer alternative dates when the crisis is over.

We are offering to defer all your affected holidays and any money paid (including deposits), to another date, completely free of charge.

Q: I am a seasonal pitch owner can I still use my caravan to self-isolate on your parks?

In order to protect you, our valued customers, our staff and of course, our own families, the park is also closed to all seasonal pitch holders.

You may still continue storing it on our park until the closure is lifted and be rest assured that all CCTV cameras are in 24hr operation and barriers are all active for further security. However, if you wish to remove your caravan or motorhome from your seasonal pitch for the duration of the closure – you may call to arrange this with us directly.

We will discuss site fees with you as soon as we can. It is in everyone’s interests, including yours, that you leave as soon as you can. When the park is safely closed for business, we will update you on your site fee options.

Q: What happens to me as a holiday lodge owner during this mandatory closure?

We ask all holiday lodge owners on the park not to stay in your lodge at this time and to be sensitive towards the views and needs of the local community and NHS.

EXCEPT:

Where people live permanently in caravan parks or are staying in caravan parks as interim abodes where their primary residence is not available, they may continue to do so’.

If there is any reason why you cannot leave, you need to discuss that with us now.

Q: What happens if I would like to collect my caravan/motorhome from your storage?

In the case of a mandatory closure by the government, there will always be at least one staff member available on site. If you wish to collect your caravan or motorhome during the time of a closure, you may contact us to arrange this in advance. The same applies to a drop-off of your vehicle. Please allow as much time in advance as possible, so we can avoid potential disruption.

It is our purpose and mission to provide meaningful, memorable experiences for all of our guests in a safe environment, and we will remain vigilant in making our procedures and protocols as rigorous as possible.
